Ingredients:

  • Chilled water 2 glass
  • Sattu 6 tbsp
  • Sugar / jiggery 4 – 6 tbsp
  • Black salt ¼ tsp

Method:
Take chilled water and all the ingredients and serve chill .

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 4 cups
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1tbsp
  • Cumin seeds crushed 1 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp

Method:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a clean air tight jar, To make pakoras – take out some of the dry mix add vegs and make veg pakora.For plain pakoras put ¾ the amount of water to the dry mix and fry on medium heat till golden

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Garlic cloves 10
  • Lemon juice ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp

 

Method:
In a blender add tamarind, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and cumin. Blend it well and serve.
