Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur or vellam)
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups chilled water
 

Methods

  1. Dissolve jaggery in water and filter it.
  2. Mix ginger and lemon juice to it.
  3. Add more water if needed.
  4. Serve it chilled to get refreshing taste.
