Ingredients:
- Fish slices 1 kg
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
Ingredients for Green Chutney:
- Coconut grinded 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 10
- Coriander 4 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Ingredients for Masala:
- Oil ½ cup
- Tamarind pulp thick 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2 cut into wedges
- Green chilies 2 coarsely chopped
Ingredients for Temper:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Curry leaves 20
- Button red chilies 6
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
METHOD:
Grind green chutney with all the given ingredients under chutney heading. Heat oil ½ cup, add in the above grinded chutney, fry well, then add slightly pan fried fish with ½ cup water, add tamarind pulp, sugar, leave it on dum for 15 mins, lastly add temper and add coarsely wedges of tomatoes and chopped thick green chilies.
Ingredients for Brownies:
- Melted butter 170 gm
- Granulated fine sugar 250 gm
- Egg 1 large
- egg yolk 1
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Red color 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 cups
- Coco powder 2 tsp leveled
- Black cookies 16
Ingredients for Icing:
- Soften butter 3 ounces
- Cream cheese 4 ounces
- Icing sugar 1 cup
- Black cookies 4 crushed
METHOD FOR BROWNIES:
In a bowl add melted butter, sugar, egg, yolk, vanilla and lemon juice, beat well, add in color, fold in flour and coco, put mixture in the greased paper line 8×8 inch square tin, arrange top with 16 whole oreo, put to bake on 160 D for 25 mins, remove and cool.
METHOD FOR ICING:
Beat butter, cream cheese, icing sugar till fluffy, fold in crushed Oreos, mix lightly, pour on top of the baked brownies, level and chill till set, cut in pieces and serve.
Ingredients:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Split chickpea lentil ½ cup
- Onion 1 large
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 6
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Boiled egg 3 cut into slices
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
Boil mince with all the given ingredients except egg, coriander leaves and boiled eggs in water till done, remove, cool and grind, add in coriander leaves, egg, mix well, now make into shami kebab shape, put a slice of boiled egg, cover with mince, make into meat shape, deep fry in fry pan, serve with any chatni of your choice.
