Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Barbeque masala 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Capsicums 2
  • Onions 2

 

Method:

In a bowl add all the seasonings with yogurt, honey, paka papita , mix well, marinate chicken pcs in it, leave it for 2 hours, also add in it cubes of capsicum and onion, put on flat skewers, put 2 pcs of chicken, capsicum, 2 pcs of chicken, onion cubes and so on, bbq until done, brushing with oil.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Green chilies ground 20
  • Coriander leaves ground 1 cup
  • Mint ground ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Barbeque masala 2 tbsp
  • Papaya 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

Put all the above ingredients in a bowl, mix well, marinate chicken pcs in this and leave it for 2 hours, put on flat skewers and bbq, brushing with oil occasionally.

Ingredients:

  • Undercut beef ½ kg
  • Papaya ground 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Barbeque masala 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Oil 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Marinate beef parchas with papita for an hour, add in all the rest and leave it for an hour rubbing well, put on flat skewers in an in & out style, bbq till done, brushing with oil in the end.
