Ingredients for Sauce:
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger powder ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1-1/2 tsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1-1/2 tsp
For Chicken Marination:
- Chopped chicken ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
Mix all ingredients of chicken marination sauté in oil. For sauce heat oil add ginger fry well. Also add all ingredients cook well. Add fried chicken mix well. Remove in a dish, garnish with sesame seeds & serve.

- Chicken wings 15-16
- Salt as required
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Flour ½ cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Green onion for garnish
Ingredients for Sauce:
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic ginger 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
Apply all ingredients of mariantion on chicken wings. Cook in hot oil. Mix all ingredient of sauce till it becomes thick. Toss in fry wings. Garnish with green onion.

- Boiled rice 2 cup
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Mushroom sliced ½ cup
- Green onion chopped ½ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock ¾ cup
Method:
Heat oil add garlic fry well. In rice add mushroom, vinegar, soya sauce, crushed black pepper and chicken stock mix well. Mix green onion, serve.
