Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 300grams
- Chilli sause 1tbsp
- Salt 3/4tsp
- Woister sauce 1tbsp
For coating:
- Flour 1cup
- Baking powder 3/4tsp
- Garlic powder 3/4tsp
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
For Arabian Rice:
- Boiled rice 3cups
- Chat masala 1tbsp
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Crushed black pepper 3/4tsp
- Choppee capsicum 1/2cup
- Oil 4tbsp
- Zafrani colour 1pinch
- Tomato ketchup as required
Method:
In chicken add all thing and marinate it for ½ hour,for coating mix all ing of coating,now take chicken pieces coat in coating mix and fry till golden brown.For Rice heat oil in a pan add rice with chat masala,crushe black pepper and chicken powder,mix well.lastly add capsicum and zafrani colour put it on dum.serve with ketchup and hot shots.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes (cubed) 3-4
- Sausages (small cubes) ¾ cup
- Capsicum(Finely cut) 1
- Onion (Finely cut) 1
- Eggs 8
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¾ tsp
- Roasted flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 pinch
Method:
Beat egg with salt, black pepper powder, flour and baking powder. Now heat butter in a pan and add boiled cut potatoes, sausages, capsicum, and onion and sauté them. Then add egg mixture and cook either on low flame or bake in oven till it gets set and color appears. Now take out cut in slice and serve.
Ingredients:
- Bananas 2
- Porridge 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 3 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Ice as required
Method:
Blend all the above ingredients in the blender and serve.
