Ingredients:
- Beef ½ kg
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Green chilies 8
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Onion 1
Method:
Onion and green chilies fry. now in pressure cooker add meat ,salt ,ginger garlic and cook till then meat tender .after this add tomatoes ,turmeric and black pepper add and roast on high heat. Finally add green coriander and stove off .
Ingredients:
- Potatoes ½ kg
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Tamarind Pulp 4 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Green Chilies 4
- Oil ½ cup
For Making Masala:
- Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Button Red Chilies 4
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Whole Coriander 1 tsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil, add potatoes and fry.
• Now add tomatoes, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, green chilies, salt, and water and cover it.
• For making dry masala:
• In a bowl, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, button red chili, whole coriander and crush it.
• In a bowl, add mustard seed, chaat masala crush it.
• Now potatoes, Take it out in a dish.
• Sprinkles coriander leaves, mustard seeds and chaat masala.
• Aalu ki Khushk Bhaji is ready.
Ingredients:
- Chicken tikka /chicken fries shredded 1 packet
- Pizza dough ½ kg
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Capsicum, onion, tomato 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil chicken tikka /chicken fries fry. then pizza dough roll and spread the pizza sauce .after this capsicum ,onion ,tomato ,cheese ,oregano and chicken tikka /chicken fries add and 180 degree centigrade for ½ hours bake and serve .
