Ingredients:
- Milk hot 2 Cups
- Sugar 3/4 Cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Almonds sliced 1/4 Cup
- Semolina 1 Cup
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- Ice-cream 2 scoops
- Desiccated coconut as required
- Pistachios as required
- Chocolate sauce as required
Method :
In hot milk, add sugar and mix until sugar is dissolved & set aside. Heat oil, add butter and let it melt. Add almonds and fry for 1 minute & reserve 2 tbsp for garnishing. Add semolina, cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Add cinnamon powder and mix. Now add sugar+milk mixture,mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.Let it cool down. In a cling film lined bowl add semolina halwa and set properly. Add a scoop of ice cream and cover with semolina halwa then flip on serving plate and garnish with desiccated coconut,pistachios,fried almonds,chocolate sauce & serve.
Ingredients:
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Ginger crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce ½ tbsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Corn flour 1 ½ tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped ½ Cup
- Tomato deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
- Capsicum chopped ½ Cup
Assembling:
- Chickpeas boiled as required
- Potato boiled & cubed as required
- Green chili as required
- Prepared Manchurian sauce as required
- Red chilies crushed as required
- Chaat masala as required
- Papri as required
- Nimco sev as required
Manchurian Sauce:
- Corn flour, 3 tbsp blended with 1/2 cup water
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Chopped celery 2 tbsp
- Mix all the ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.
Method :
heat oil, add garlic,ginger and saute.Add tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soya sauce,black pepper powder,red chili crushed,salt and mix well.Add chaat masala and mix well. In cornflour,add water and mix.Now add it in.Add sugar and onion,tomato and capsicum.On serving plate,add boiled chickpeas,potato,green chili,prepared manchurian sauce,red chili crushed, chaat masala,papri and sev.
Ingredients:
- Red syrup 3 tbsp
- Black tea bags 2
- Water 3 cups
- Mint leaves 10
- Lemon slices 4
- Ice cubes as required
Method:
Bring water to boil and place tea bags in it. Cover the lid and keep aside for 5-7 minutes. Grind mint leaves and add lemon and strain the tea. Add red syrup and ice cubes to the serving glasses. Pour in the tea. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.

- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ice as required
Method:
Blend everything in a blender. Serve chilled.
