Ingredients:
- Chicken koftay 1 packet
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomato peeled 4
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion slice 1 large
- Salt ½ tbsp
- Pita bread 6 pieces
- Mint 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tbsp
Method:
Ingredients:
- Chicken legs ½ kg
- Almond peel 4 tbsp
- Pistachio 4 tbsp
- Raisins 4 tbsp
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Rice ½ kg
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chicken stock 1 litter
Method:
- Heat oil and chicken legs fry on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Then butter, salt and saffron add and fry 1 minute.
- Now add chicken stock and boil its come to boil then cook 10 minutes.
- After this add dry fruits, rice and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes then leave on dum after 10 minutes dish out and serve.
Ingredients:
- Mutton boti 1 kg
- Tomatoes 3
- Green chilies 3
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/3 cup
- Lamb fat 4 tbsp
Method:
In a pan lamb fat heat and fry meat for 5 minutes .then 2cup of water and salt add and cover it now tomatoes and green chilies mix and cook for 10 minutes .after this remove covered and cook till than water dry and serve hot.
