Ingredients:
RESHMI KABAB:

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Beef fat fat 50 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped 3 -4 tbsp
  • Onion 100 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

BEEF SEEKH KABAB:

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Beef fat 100 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 large
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

GRILLED VEGETABLES:

  • Oil few drops
  • Capsicum cubes 1 large
  • Onion cubes 1 large
  • Tomato cubes 1 large
  • Green chili big 4 to 6
  • Lemon 3 to 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp

BBQ CHUTNEY:

  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chili small 2 to 3
  • Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • White cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Water as required

 

METHOD:
For reshmi kabab blend mince in chopper with all spices. Keep in fridge for 10 to 20 minutes. Make seekh kabab with cold mince and cook in pan. for beef kabab, in chopper add beef mince, fat and all spices blend well. Let it cool for 10 to 20 minute. Make seekh kabab with cold minced and cook in frying pan. for grilled vegetables heat oil add all vegetables and spices cook for 1 to 2 minute sauté well. For chutney blend all ingredients in blender well. For platter, place reshmi kabab, beef kabab, seekh kabab, grilled vegetables and chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Gram lentil (half boiled) ¼ cup
  • Black gram ¼ cup
  • Green gram ¼ cup
  • Rice 500 gm
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Red chili whole 8 to 10
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Water as required

 

METHOD:
Soak lentil, rice and white lentil for 30 minute. Half boiled gram lentil. Heat oil add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste, whole red chilies and cumin fry well. Mix water add chicken powder and salt, let it boil. When it comes to boil add rice for 2 to 3 minutes. When water at rice level, let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

PESTO SAUCE:

  • Basil leaf 15 to 20 leafs
  • Garlic 2 to 3 cloves
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 6 to 8
  • Olive oil 5 to 6 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cheese (optional) 3 to 4 tbsp

PASTA MAKING:

  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Tomato chopped 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Boiled spaghetti 1 cup
  • Pesto sauce ¼ cup

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion sauté well. Add garlic fry well. Add chopped tomatoes, pesto sauce and all spices cook for 1 minute. Add spaghetti mix well, place on serving platter. For pesto sauce, blend basil, garlic, coriander, almonds, salt, olive oil and cheese in blender.
