Karahi Qeema Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

• Salt                                                     1 tbsp
• Crushed red pepper                      2 tbsp
• Crushed coriander roasted         3 tbsp
• Roasted & crushed cumin            2 tbsp
• Allspice powder                              1 tbsp
• Dried fenugreek                             1 tbsp
• Black pepper                                   1 tsp
• Cayenne pepper                             1 tbsp
• Citric acid                                          1 tsp
• Ginger powder                               1 tbsp
• Garlic powder                                 1 tbsp
• Star anise                                          1
• Fennel seeds grinded                    1 tbsp

Method:

1. Put all together in a grinder and grind into a fine powder.
2. Fill in airtight jar and use as required.
