Ingredients:

  • Dates 10
  • Red chilies whole 10
  • Tamarind juice 1cup
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Cumin 2tsp
  • Ginger dried ½ tsp

 

Method:
Boil dates with red chilies. Now grind them and let it cook. Then add salt, cumin, dried ginger and tamarind juice cook till thick. Lastly remove add vinegar and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Naan 4
  • Seekh kabab (chicken) 1 packet
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Oil as required (for frying)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the seekh kabab. Then remove and set aside. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry onion and tomatoes. Then add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for about 2 minutes. Now add tomato ketchup and mix well. Then chop the fried chicken seekh kabab. Now spread cheese over the naan and add chopped fried chicken seekh kabab. Lastly grill the naan for about 5 minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients For Cake:

  • Cake mix 1 packet
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Water 1 cup

For The Pudding:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Granulated sugar 2 ½ cup

 

Method:
For the cake in a bowl add cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat well. Then add the batter into a greased pan and microwave it for about 5 minutes. Now remove and allow it to cool. Then crumble the cake well.
For the pudding in a sauce pan add granulated sugar and make the caramel. Then in a bowl add milk, eggs, vanilla essence, caster sugar and butter. Beat well. Now add this mixture into the crumbled cake and mix well. Then in a baking tray add water and place the dish on it. Now bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 40 minutes. Serve.
