Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cup
- Dates 7
- Ice cream optional 2 scoops
- Cinnamon powder pinch
- Ice cubes as required
Method:
Blend all in the ingredients on high speed
And serve chilled
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Boiled Channa daal 2 cups
- Onion 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Pepper corn 1 tsp
- Clove 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil. Half cup
- Coriander leaves bunch chopped
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Method:
Take a large wok add oil ,onion fry golden brown add cumin , bay leaves, clove, pepper corn cook for 1 minute add chicken, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and and cook until oil is ozing out add yogurt cook on low flaw add daal and water and cook on low heat for half an hour and garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies serve hot .
Ingredients for dahi baray:
- Mash daal ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Water for blending
- baking soda pinch
- Oil for frying
- Asafetida as required
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
Ingredients for yogurt mixture:
- Yogurt ½ kg
- Milk ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for garnish:
- Roasted cumin seeds as required
- Red chili powder to taste
- Tamarind chutney as required
- Green chutney as required
- Papri as required
- Chaat masala to taste
Method:
clean and wash the mash daal. Soak for at least 4 – 6 hours or overnight. Add water little by little, and process till a smooth yet thick paste has formed. Blend the daal, salt, hing, water, basin and baking powder.mix well Take a deep pan and Fry the dahi baray mix by taking a small portion, & fry in hot oil on medium heat.And put them in water for soaking.Mix together the in a large bowl add yogurt, milk and salt. After squeeze pakoras and Add the pakoras in yougurt mix .
Garnish with Papri chaat masala or chutnys.
Ingredients:
- Shrimps ½ Packet
Ingredients for batter:
- Corn starch ½ cup
- Flour ½ cup
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
Method:
Prepare the batter by mixing together the corn starch and flour and adding the water a little at a time whisking vigorously
Add the salt, red pepper and when ready to use mix in the baking soda.
Heat some oil and when hot, drop in spoonfuls of the shrimp mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes
Once cooked, drain on some kitchen towel
Serve hot
