Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices ½ cup
  • Garlic slices 3 to 4
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili whole 4 to 6
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander crushed ½ tbsp
  • White cumin crushed ½ tbsp
  • Red chili crushed ½ tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Lemon slices 3 to 4
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chili big julienne 2

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz, lehsan or adrak ko sauté ker kay qeema dal ker achi tarhan bhoon lain phir tamam sukhay masalay dal ker itna bhenain kay oil or masala alag alag hojae phir dahi or thora sa pani dal ker qeemay ko 10 se 15 minutes tak dum per chor den jab qeema gal jae to lemon, hara dhanai, or hari mirchen dal ker achi tarhan bhanee karen kay oil or gravy alag hojae.

  • Chick peas boiled 1 cup
  • Potato sliced 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker fry ker lain phir tamam sukhay masalay or dahi dal ker bhoon lain phir tomato puree, aaloo or chanay dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag hojae phir thora sa pani gravy ko adjust karen or hara dhanai dal ker serve karen.

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Egg 1
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Semolina 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men maida or tamam ajza dal ker aatay ko goondh lain phir dough ko 10 minutes ka rest de ker pairay banaen or pairon ko bail ker ghee lagaen or lambai men roll ker kay lapait ker 15 minutes kay liye chor ker bail lain or phir garam taway per dono janib se saikh ker ghee laga ker parathay ko final ker lain.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • cumin roasted & crushed ¼ tsp
  • Ice cubes 4 to 6

Method:
Tamam ajza blender men dal ker blend ker lain.
