Ingredients:
- Bottle Gourd (boiled) 1kg
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Tamarind paste ½ cup
- Cumin 1tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Green chilies as required
- Coriander as required
- Salt 1tsp
- Pepper crushed 1tsp
- Garlic crushed 1tsp
- Oil ½ tsp
Method:
Heat oil fry onion , now add tomatoes , cumin , red pepper , crushed pepper , curry leaves , salt and garlic , then add bottle gourd ,now tamarind paste and 1cup water add in bottle gourd & cook on medium flame for 30 minutes , lastly add coriander & green chilies & serve .
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Green chilies 6
- Tomatoes 6-7
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Carom seeds ½ tsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion 1
Method:
Heat oil then fry onion and garlic in it. Then add tomatoes, salt, crushed black pepper, turmeric, carom seeds, soy sauce, ketchup, ½ cup water and chicken then cover it. When chicken get tender then cut green chilies from center and fill chicken mixture. Then add curry leaves and green coriander and leave it on dum for 10 minutes and turn off the flame.
Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Egg 2
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Coco powder 2 tbsp
Method:
All ingredients mix in a bowl and mix well .then bake at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes and then serve it.
