Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 1 packet
- Whole dried milk 250 gm
- Cream 1 packet
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil for frying
- Almond 4 tbsp
- Pistachio 4 tbsp
- Silver paper as required
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Vanilla essence few drops
- Cherries for garnish
Method:
Heat oil and fry vermicelli. Then crush them and set aside. Now cook milk, also add condensed milk and cream. Cook together well. Then in the water dissolve corn flour and add this mixture into the milk mixture. Mix well. Now add vanilla essence and mix properly. Then in the tray add fried vermicelli and add half quantity of milk mixture on top. Now add whole dried milk and add almond and pistachio. Lastly add the remaining milk mixture, almond, pistachios and silver paper. Serve.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Tomatoes 4
- Onion 1
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Almonds, pistachios as required
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
- Potatoes 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Marinate chicken boneless with yogurt, red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder. Then cut potatoes and fry in hot oil. Now heat butter and fry onion, tomatoes, dried fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, almonds and pistachios for 10 minutes. Then in a blender, blend well. Now heat oil and add all blended mixture and chicken. Cook properly. Lastly add fried potatoes, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Serve hot.
Ingredients For Rice:
- Rice ½ kg
- Chicken cube 1
- Green chilies 6
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
For Barbeque:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Yellow color a pinch
- Chat masala ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Coal 1 piece
For The Vegetables:
- Mix vegetables ½ kg
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
For The Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
- Water 4 tbsp
Method:
For the rice heat oil and fry the garlic. Then add green chilies and 2 cups of water. Now add salt and black pepper. Mix well. Once the mixture gets to boil add rice and chicken cube. Cook until the water gets to dry and rice is cooked.
For the barbeque rice, marinate chicken with all the ingredients. Then heat oil in a pan and cook chicken on a high heat until well cooked. Now give coal’s smoke and set aside.
For the vegetables, cut all the vegetables. Then heat oil in a pan and fry garlic. Now add mix vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now add salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Mix well.
For the sauce, in a bowl mix all the ingredients. Then in a serving plate, first add rice. Lastly add barbeque chicken and vegetables. Add sauce on top and serve hot.
