Ingredients for Kofta:
- Potatoes boiled 4-6
- Cheese 1/2 cup
- Corn starch 2 tbsp
- Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 1tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt To taste
- Milk powder 1 tbsp
- Oil ` for frying
For Makhani Gravy:
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Cashew paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of kofta turn them into balls and fry them until Golden and set aside. In a large heavy bottomed pot add the oil onion paste and sauté add ginger garlic salt chili powder turmeric and tomato puree and cook for few minutes until oil separated, Now add the milk, cashew paste dried fenugreek and Mix together in last add cream garam masala powder and koftas then serve .

- Eggs 4
- Oil ¼ cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Onions chopped 2
- Tomatoes chopped 3
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander for garnishing
Method:
Take a pan and heat the oil add cumin seeds. Allow it to sizzle. Add garlic and sauté for few seconds. Now add onions and green chilies. Cook on medium flame until onions get a nice golden color. Stir occasionally. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Stir add chopped tomatoes, add some water. Cover the lid and let the tomatoes cook and become a little mushy. After about 5 minutes, uncover the lid. Take a potato masher and mash the onions and tomatoes. Now add the eggs to the mixture and mix well, serve hot top with coriander.
