Ingredients:
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Cinnamon 4 sticks
- Black cardamom 1
- Cloves 3
- Oil ¼ cup
- Water melon seeds 1 tbsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Tomato 2
- Ginger ½ piece
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Chopped onion 1
- Cayenne pepper as required
- Sesame seed 1 tbsp
- Green peas 1/4 cup
- Capsicum (cubed) 1
- Beans (chopped) 6-8
- Cauliflower (cut into florets) 6-8
- Carrot 1
- Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1
Method:
First roast watermelon seeds, coconut powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, whole coriander and whole all spice and grind them. Now cut vegetables. Then heat oil and fry onion. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add grinded spices, turmeric, salt and tomatoes and cook well. Alongside add vegetables and cook more. In last add dried fenugreek leaves, lemon and fresh coriander and serve.

- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Sliced onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Tomatoes (chopped) 2
- Green chilies (chopped) 4
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger (julienned) 2 tsp
- Green chilies (sliced) 3
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Method:
Boil brain with salt and turmeric then clean it. Now heat oil in a pan then add onion and fry till golden. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook. Also add salt, crushed red chilies, coriander, turmeric, green chilies, chopped tomatoes and cumin powder and cook. Then add brain and cook it. In last add dry fenugreek leaves, ginger, fresh coriander, green chilies, lemon and all spice powder then let it simmer and serve.
