Kung Pao Chicken
Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless Strips 400 g
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Corn Starch 1 tsp
  • Whole Red Chilies 6-8
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 2 tsp
  • Capsicum (Diced) 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Roasted and Chopped Peanut ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken Stock ¼ cup

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix chicken, soya sauce and cornstarch well and marinate for a while.
  2. Heat oil in pan add garlic and whole red chili, sauté.
  3. Add chicken, fry well.
  4. When chicken cook well add stock, sugar and vinegar, cook till sauce become thick.
  5. Add capsicum and cucumber, toss well and remove in dish.
  6. In the end sprinkle roasted and chopped peanut and serve.
