Ingredients to marinate fish:
- Boneless fish fillet 200gm
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
- Green chili paste small 1tbsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Egg 1
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Red chili crushed 1tbsp
- All spice 1tsp
- Cumin crushed 1tsp
- Coriander crushed 1tsp
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Other ingredients :
- Paratha 2 se 3
- Onion julienne as required
- Tomato julienne as required
- Tamarind pulp as required
- Mayonnaise as required
- Tomato ketchup as required
- Lettuce as required
Method:
Ek mixing bowl men fish or tamam marinade kayajza dal ker fish ko masala lagalen. Phirkarahi men oil garamkerkay fish ko fry kerlen jab golden color ajae to nikalkerrakhlen.
Apparathay per mayonnaise lagaker lettuce lagaenphir fried fish rakhker tomato ketchup, imli, piyaz or tomato dal ker roll bana en.
Ingredients:
- Tomato 1 kg
- Garlic chopped 5 to 6 cloves
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Vinegar ¼ cup
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Cinnamon sticks 1 stick
Method:
Ek sauce pan men tomato, cinnamon or garlic dal ker 15 se 20 minutes takdum per chor den. Phir tomatoes or garlic men se cinnamon stick nikalker tomato or garlic ko grinder men dal ker grind kerlen. Phir mixture ko strain kerlen.
Phir chana huwa tomato pulp sauce pan men dal ker tamam ajza shamil karen or itna pakaen kay ketchup garha hojae.
Ingredients for meatballs:
- Boneless Chicken 1 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
- Green chili paste 1tbsp
- Onion medium 1
- White pepper 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Almonds chopped 2- 3tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy:
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
- Green chili small paste 1tbsp
- Onion paste ¼ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Whole dried milk 2tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1tbsp
- Salt as required
- White pepper 1tsp
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Zeera powder 1tsp
- Almonds boiled 8 to 10
- Screw pine essence few drops
Method:
Koftay banana kay liye chicken or tamam azjae aik mixing bowl men dal ker mix kerlen. Phir tamam azja chopper men dal ker chop kerlen. Or phir apnay matluba size kay koftay banaker fridge men rakhlen.
Ab gravy banana kay liye pan men oil garam kerkaylehsan or adrakka paste sauté karen phir hari mirchonka paste dal ker bhoon len phir pisi huee khash khash or tamamajza dal kermasalaykokhoobachitarhanbhoonlenphirkoftay dal keritnapakaenkay oil or gravy alagalaghojae or koftay gal jaen.
