Ingredients:
- Chicken with bone 500 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 3 to 4
- Salt as required
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
- Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
- Ginger julienne as required
- Green chili big julienne 1 to 2
Method:
Karahi men oil garam ker kay chicken ko namak kay sath fry ker lain phir thora lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker achi tarhan bhoon lain phir thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den. Phir tamam masala dal ker thora sa pakaen phir tomato puree dal ker inta pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae phir akhir men cream, hara dhanai, hari mirchen or adrak dal ker mazeed bhnaee karen jab oil or gravy alag hojae to serve karen.
Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sweet soda ¼ tsp
- Milk powder 1 tsp
- Clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Almonds 8 to 10
- Water as required
Method:
Mixing bowl men maida or ghee kay ilawa tamam ajza dal ker goondh lain phir akhir men ghee dal ker mix ker lain or mazeed aatay ko achi tarhan gondh lain. Phir dough ko 10 se 15 minutes tak rest de ker pairay bana lain phir pairon ko bail ker baking tray men rakh ker unglion se nishan laga ker badam ka chura lagaen or mazeed 25 se 30 minutes ka rest de ker pre heated oven men 200c per 10 se 12 minutes tak bake ker lain.

- Pasta boiled 1 cup
- Chicken julienne boiled ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ¼ cup
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Iceberg ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp

- Potato 2 to 3 large
- Carrot 2 medium
- Onion whole 3 to 4 small
- Onion slices ¼ cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 to 3 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Flour as required
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Chicken stock as required
Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko halka fry ker lain phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon lain phir tamam masalay dal ker 1 minute tak paka lain phir thori se chicken ki yakhni dal ker 5 minutes tak dum per chor dain phir makhan dal ker achi tarhan bhnaee ker lain phir tamam yakhni dal ker ubal anay den ab chakki ka aata pani men ghol ker shamil karen or shorbay ko itna pakaen kay shorba garha hojae or oil upper ajaen phir ubli huee sabziyan or kala zeera dal ker mazeed 5 se 7 minutes tak paka ker serve karen.
