Ingredients:
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Ginger- garlic paste 1 tsp
- Onion 1 cup
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Lemon pickled 3 tbsp
- Green chilies sliced 10
- Fenugreek a pinch
- Cream 50 ml
- Fresh coriander
Method:
Heat clarified butter add ginger garlic paste cook. Add onion, chicken, all spice, turmeric, coirander, salt cook till chicken is done. Add yogurt cook well. Add lemon pickled, green chilies, fenugreek, leave for simmering. Add cream and garnish with coriander, serve.
Ingredients:
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Cheery or strawberries as required
- ice to serve
- Lemon to serve
Method:
Boil lemon, strawberries, sugar and water. Let it cool. Blend with ice, serve with lemon
Ingredients for Dough:
- All-purpose flour 2 cups
- Water to knead
- Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
- Instant yeast 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
For Filling:
- Dark brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
- Ground allspice 1/4 tsp
- Butter melted 2 tbsp
Method:
Pre heat oven. Mix all ingredients of dough. Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice. Divide into 4 pieces. Apply butter on each ball then apply mix spice. Place glass in the center, cut corner give a shape of star. Left for rinse. Bake for 30 minute.
