Ingredients
- Chicken Stock 2 cup
- Chicken Breast 2 pieces
- Cheddar Cheese (sliced) 4 pieces
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 tbsp
- Butter 6 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms (sliced) 1 tin
- Carrot 2
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1 (small)
- Milk 2 cup
- Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken legs with 1 tsp black pepper and mustard paste for about 1 hour. Then in a pan add 3 tbsp butter and fry onion and garlic. Then add flour and fry for few minutes. Now add mushroom and cook well for few minutes. Then add chicken stock, milk, cream and 1 tsp salt. Mix well and cook for about 10 minutes until it boils. Set aside. Then in a pan add butter, the remaining vegetables, 1 tsp salt and black pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Now remove the cover and cook on high for about 5 more minutes. Set aside. Then heat oil in a pan, cook and cover the chicken on high heat for about 10 minutes. Then turn low to heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Place the cheese slice on top. Now place the steak on the serving dish and serve with mushroom, sauce and vegetables.

- Fish Fillets ½ kg
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2tbsp
- Batter For Tempura
- Flour ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Egg Yolk 1
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- White Pepper ¼ tsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Water (for batter) as required
Method
Marinate fish with salt and pepper, mix all the ingredients for batter in a bowl and form into a thickish batter, roll fish in dry flour, then dip in prepared batter, deep fry in hot oil for 5 mins, remove and refry again until done, serve hot with suree’s sweet chili sauce
