Ingredients:
- Chicken (cubes) 500gms
- Yogurt (whipped) ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Korma sauce 1 bottle
Dill Potato Salad Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) 3
- Eggs (boiled) 2
- Finely chopped green onions ¼ cup
- Dill handful
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemons as required
- Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, then add green onion, dill and salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze 1/2 lemon.
- Fold in cubes of boiled potatoes and finely chopped hard boiled eggs.
- Add some more dill as garnish.
- Orange Cinnamon Lassi
- Ingredients
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes 2 cups
- Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
- Oranges 2
- Rose water 3 tbsp
- Directions
- Step 1
- Place yogurt, honey, ice cubes, and cinnamon in a blender. Cut peel and pith from oranges. Working over a bowl, cut segments
- free of membranes. Transfer segments and juices in bowl to blender, and puree until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
- Step 2
- Pour lassi into chilled glasses; dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
