Recipe Ingredients
- Lychee100 gm
- Coconut milk1 cup
- Fresh cream½ cup
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Ice cubesas required
Recipe Method
- Blend together 100 gm lychee, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 cup coconut milk for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Now add ½ cup fresh cream and ice cubes as required. Blend for a few minutes.
- Now pour in tall glasses, serve chilled.
