Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Onion 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cumin 1tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Curry leaves 8
- Salt 1tsp
- Coriander powder 2tsp
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Nutmeg , mace ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil fry onions till brown, now add tomatoes and yogurt and grind well. Now in the remaining oil add ½ cup water, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic, coriander , cumin, all spice, curry leaves, nutmeg mace, and roast it well .now add fish and fry well,
Ingredients:
- Biscuits 2rolls
- Condensed milk 1tin
- Bananas 4
- Cream whipped 1packet
- Butter 50gm
- Melted chocolate 1cup
- Dry fruit ½ cup
- Chocolate chips 2tbsp
Method:
Cook Condensed milk in a cooker and cook for 30 min, now make it cool and ass cream, now crush the biscuits and mix butter in it , now set this in serving dish , now mix bananas in the cream mixture , add melted chocolate , dry fruits and lastly sprinkle chocolate chips and serve.

- Cauliflower ½ kg
- Potatoes ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Asafetida pinch
- Turmeric ½ TSP
- Salt ½ tsp
- Raw mango 2tsp
- Cumin 1tsp
- Coriander seeds 1tsp
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Carom ½ tsp
- Red chilies round 6
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Cut the potatoes and cauliflower in pieces , now heat oil and fry veggies, now add onion, tomatoes, green chilies ,turmeric, salt, Asafetida and ginger then cover & cook 10 min .now add coriander , cumin, red chili, and carom , mix and simmer , lastly add coriander and serve.
