Ingredients

  • Fish (Bone less)                1 kg
  • Butter                     100 gms
  • Yogurt                     1 cup
  • Fried Onions                       4 tbsp
  • Dessicated Coconut              2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds                   2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                  1 tsp
  • Cardamoms                   4
  • Cloves                       4
  • Curry Leaves                              6
  • Green Chilies                    6
  • Salt                       ½ tsp
  • Cream                     2 tbsp
  • Button  Red Chilies               4
  • Chopped Ginger Garlic               1 tbsp
  • Oil                          ½ cup
  • Mint Leaves                       1 cup
  • Lemon Slices                  2

Methods

 
  1.  In a blender, add  fried onions
  2. Add dessicated coconut, turmeric powder, green chilies and salt blend well.
  3. Now in a pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, when aroma comes
  4. Add masala powder, cumin seeds, cloves, curry leaves and button red chilies.
  5. Add, boneless fish and cover it, let it cook on  med flame for 10 minutes.
  6. When fish tenders, add butter, lemon slices, mint leaves, cream and removes from the stove.
