INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Grated onion 1 (large)
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg, mace powder ¼ tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Tenderizer powder 1 tsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Salt as taste
  • Coal for the smoke
  • Oil for frying

FOR SERVING:

  • Boiled rice as required
  • Grilled tomatoes as required
  • Grilled capsicum as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp

METHOD:
In a bowl, mix chicken mince well with grated onion, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, white pepper powder, nutmeg powder, mace powder, bread slice, ginger powder, tenderizer powder, butter, cumin powder and cream. Then chop in the chopper. Now make kababs out of it and give a coal smoke. Then after 15 minutes, shallow fry the kababs until golden brown. Now melt butter in a pan and grill tomatoes and capsicum. In the end, place kababs, grilled tomatoes and capsicum. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Boiled corns 2 cup
  • Boiled onion 1
  • Boiled and ground tomato 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts ground 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp

Method:
Coat 2 tbsp yogurt on boneless chicken and leave for some time. Now increase the flame of the handi and put oil, butter, boiled onion, ginger and garlic paste, boiled and smashed tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric with yogurt and roast the masala. Now put coated chicken on it and roast it again. After that add cumin powder, all spices, and boiled corn following it by adding ½ cup water, cream, smashed cashew nuts and fenugreek leaves and mix them till it gets cooked. After 15 minutes pour it on a dish and garnish it with cream.
