Ingredients:

  • Khoya crumbled 2 Cups
  • Cream ½ Cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar ½ Cup
  • Cashew nuts chopped 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio chopped 1 tbsp

Method:
In bowl, add khoya and mix well until smooth & set aside. In a pan add cream and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Add khoya and cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until it leave the sides of the pan. Let it cool down completely. Add cardamom powder, sugar and mix until well combined. Add cashew nuts, pistachios and mix & refrigerate for 15 minutes. Grease hands with oil, make ladoos of equal sizes. Garnish with pistachio & serve.

  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 3
  • Garlic cloves 3-4
  • Basil leaves 3-4
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Caesar salad dressing 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Salt A pinch

Method:

Boil the pasta in a large pan with salted boiling water and oil
Heat oil, add the chopped onions and sauté them in the oil until they are golden brown
Add the chilies, garlic, ketchup, mayonnaise, Caesar salad dressing, red chili flakes and the oregano
Lastly, add the pasta and basil and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed
