Ingredients:

Mango jelly 1 packet
Water ¾ cup
Chopped mangoes 2 cups
Cream cheese 200 grams
Marshmallow 1 cup
Flour 3 tbsp
Mango juice 1 cup
Sugar ¾ cup
Cream 1 cup
Olive oil 1 tbsp

METHOD:

Place chopped mango cubes in each dessert cup.
Top it with mango jelly and leave it to set.
Dissolve marshmallows with whipped cream and top this over with jelly. Let it chill.
In a sauce pan mix together mango juice, flour and sugar. Melt it while stirring it continuously.
Remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl.
Add the mango juice, flour and sugar mixture to the beaten cream cheese.
Pour this hot mixture over the marshmallow mixture.
This will slightly melt the marshmallow mixture.
Finally decorate it with whipped cream and mango slices.
