Mango Brownies make a wonderful dessert that tastes irresistible. Mango is a special ingredient that makes these brownies like no other!

Ingredients:

  • Butter 6 ounce
  • Chocolate 4 ounce chopped
  • Eggs 3
  • Caster sugar 1 ½ cups
  • Mango essence 1 tsp
  • Orange zest 1 orange
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Mango juice ¼ cup

 

Method:

Melt butter with chocolate in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, orange zest, eggs, essence and juice, mix well and fold in melted butter and chocolate mixture. Pour in an 8 x 8 inches greased square tin, bake on 180 d for 25 mins.

Ingredients:

  • Egg noodles boiled 1 packet
  • Capsicum julienne ½ .
  • Onion julienne ½
  • Tomato julienne ½
  • Olive 5 to 6 sliced
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella grated 1 cup
  • Cheddar grated ½ cup
  • Corn flour heaped 4 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp

 

Method:

Heat a large tawa, add oil and spread the noodles evenly in a bowl mix corn flour and water and pour the noodles, arrange the sliced vegetables on noodles, sprinkle with crushed red pepper, salt, black pepper and oregano, spread grated cheese on top, cover with lid and cook for 8 mins on low flame, remove the lid when the cheese melts serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Onion ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted / crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:

Heat oil, add whole mixed spices with chops, fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic, chili powder, cumin roasted and crushed, ¼ cup water, fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops nearly tender, then add finely sliced rounds of onion, round slices of potatoes, round slices of tomatoes, put on low flame till vegetables tender, lastly sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies, serve with roti.
