Mango Jelly Cream Recipe | Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Sweet Sugar Biscuits        ½ packet
Butter                2oz
Gelatin                1 tsp
Water                4 tsp
Condensed Milk        ¼ tin
Mango Pulp            ½ cup
Mango Pieces            ½ cup
Cream                100 grams
Egg White            1
Mango Jelly            1 packet

Method:
Crush the biscuits and mix the crumbs with butter, line it on a punch up pan. Heat cream, add warm gelatin with condensed milk, mango pieces, pulp and egg white. Pour this mixture on the biscuit base. Place it in the freezer, when the mixture is set, dissolve mango jelly and pour it on top.
