Ingredients:
- Mango 250 grams
- Yellow lentils soaked 100 grams
- Milk ½ kg
- Whole dried milk 100 grams
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Small cardamoms 3
- Sterling Silver paper for garnishing
- Clarified butter ½ cup
Method:
In a grinder add yellow lentils, milk and mango then grind well. now heat clarified butter add small cardamom and roast well then add grinded mixture then add sugar and cook when oil separate then add whole dried milk and garnish with silver paper and serve it .
Ingredients:
- Mutton 500gm
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Sliced onion 1
- White Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spicepowder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg mace 1/2 tsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Ginger 5gm
- Black Cumin 1 tbsp
- Wheat Flour 3 tsp
- Dried ginger ½ tsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry onion till golden. Then add mutton, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and cook. Now add red chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, turmeric, dried ginger and coriander powder and cook. Alongside add ¼ cup water and cook until meat gets tender. Then add stock, all spice powder, nutmeg and mace and black cumin then simmer. At last garnish with ginger and black cumin and serve
