Ingredients

  • Butter 260gm
  • Icing sugar 20gm
  • Egg yolk 150gm
  • Corn syrup 20gm
  • Flour 160gm
  • Almond flour 60gm
  • Baking powder 3gm
  • Mixture 2
  • Egg white 250gm
  • Caster sugar 140gm

For mango frosting ingredients

  • Whipy whip cream 250gm
  • Butter 50gm
  • Mango pulp blended 100gm
  • For layering ingredients:
  • Milky food Choco dark spread 500gm
  • Mango small cubes 200gm

For Mango glaze

  • Mango puree 100grams
  • Neutral glaze 100 grams
  • Mango essence few drop
  • Yellow color few drop

Method:
Butter and icing sugar mix well. now mix egg yolk and remaining ingredients mix well. then add egg white and caster sugar add and beat till than fluffy now add egg yolk mixture and mix again. now take 2 pans 13*18 and pour mixture and then bake at 160 centigrade for 10 minutes. Then beat cream and after this add mango pulp and butter and then again mix well.
For assembling remove almond sponge from the try and then cut it then soak in milk then spread dark chocolate layer .now do the second layer of mango cream and mango cubes .now do the third layer of chocolate spread .and then forth layer mango cream spread and cool it in refrigerator for 2 hours .now pour mango glaze and cut it hot knife and do the pastry shape and garnish with chocolate and mango and serve .

Ingredients For crust

  • All-purpose flour 250 grams
  • Caster sugar 50 grams
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Unsalted butter 115 grams
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

For peach filling

  • Fresh peaches chopped 500 grams
  • Granulated sugar 50 grams
  • Corn flour 15 grams
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

For crumble topping

  • All-purpose flour 125 grams
  • Caster sugar 75 grams
  • Unsalted butter 75 grams

Method
All crust ingredients mix and make dough .now a line the baking paper on 13*9 inch try then pour batter and bake for 15 minutes .now peach filling ingredients mix and cook for 5 to 7 minutes .then all ingredients mix and pour on bake crust and add crumble topping and then bake at 16 centigrade for 30 minutes .
