Ingredients:
- Chicken 600 gm
- Whole all spice 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Boiled chopped tomatoes 2-3
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt as required
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander ½ bunches
- Green chilies 6-8
- All spice powder ¾ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil or ghee ¾ cup
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Onion cubes 1
- Tomato cubes 1
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter add onion and whole spice fry well. Add chicken then add ginger garlic paste, boil chopped tomatoes cook well. Add salt, green chilies, turmeric and yogurt cook till water is dries out. Add onion, fenugreek, green chilies, green coriander, all spice powder, capsicum cubes, black pepper, tomato cubes, lemon juice and ginger leave for simmer 5 minute. Remove and serve.

- Boiled rice 3 cup
- Boiled peas ¾ cup
- Carrot julienned ½ cup
- Potatoes cubed 1 cup
- Chopped green coriander ½ cup
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Boiled eggs as required
- Tomato ground ½ cup
- Fried onion for garnish
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
Heat 2 tbsp of oil add peas, carrot and potatoes fry well. Add 1 tsp of curry powder. Heat oil add onion and green chilies fry well. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt and curry powder coo well add lemon juice, water and rice mix well. Add fried vegetables, raisin, green coriander mix well. Garnish with boiled eggs, green coriander and fried onion.
