Ingredients

  • Boneless mutton ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Onion finely chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander roughly chopped ¼ cup
  • Green onion roughly chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies roughly chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp heaped
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Ginger julienne for garnishing

 

Cut mutton into medium cubes. Heat oil, add onion, cook till soft, remove onion from oil and keep aside. In the same oil, add ginger garlic paste, cook till light brown, add mutton cubes, salt, black pepper, cook for 10-15 mins, blend the cooked onion, green coriander, green onion, green chilies and half cup of water till a smooth green paste in formed, add yogurt and the green paste to the mutton, cook without lid for 10 mins till chicken is tender, lastly add butter and fry for 5 mins.

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped

 

For Garnish

  • Green coriander chopped as required
  • Green chilies sliced as required

Take yogurt in the muslin cloth, most of the water will drain out. Heat oil in a sauce pan, add onion and fry till light brown, add ginger garlic paste, fry for another 2 mins, add dry seasonings, cook for another 5 mins, add mince and 1 cup of water, cook for about 20 mins till mince is fully cooked and oil separates, add yogurt, cook for other 5 mins, fry well, add chopped coriander, chopped green chilies and ginger julienne.
