Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 1 ½ cup
  • Red Lentil (whole) 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped 2
  • Onions sliced 1
  • Salt as required
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Curd (fresh) ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Mint leaves (cut) 2 tbsp
  • Oil or clarified butter 6 tbsp
  • Red chilies grinded 4
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp

 

Method:
Cook Red Lentil separately in enough water till it becomes soft. Drain excess water. Mix little salt to the cooked Red Lentil. Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes. Take a wok add onions fry golden brown add cumin, ginger garlic paste , tomatoes, all spice powder , red chilies grinded, green chilies, curd ,salt coriander powder cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until oil is oozing out. Add Red Lentil and cook for a minute, add rice and water and cover the lid for 6 to 7 minutes until water absorbs now add coriander and mint leaves and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
  • Raw papaya grinded 2tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Red crush pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp

 

METHOD:
Marinate chicken cubes with raw papaya, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and paprika, cinnamon powder turmeric, cumin, salt, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, ginger garlic, leave it for few hours. Put on skewers bake in oven on 180 degrees for 25 mins give dum of coal. Serve with onion rings.
