Ingredients:
For Pasta:
- Flour 1 ½ cups
- Eggs 2
Meatball filling:
- Mince beef 300 gm
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1/2
- Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
For pasta mix all ingredients and make a dough. Allow it to rest for about 30 minutes in the fridge. For filling heat oil sauté onion. Then add garlic, beef mince and the remaining ingredients. Cook well. Allow it to cool down. Now add green masala. For tomato sauce, sauté garlic. Then add salt and the remaining ingredients. Cook well. Now divide 20 pieces and spread evenly. Then add 1 tsp of filling in the center of the dough and fold properly. Make others as well and seal with water. Now make it together and give it a rose shape. Prepare other as well. Then add tomato sauce in the roses along with ½ cup water. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Ginger 1 piece
- Green chili 1
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Green coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 1 tsp
- Ice cubes as required
Method:
Except yogurt mix all the ingredients along with little water. Grind well. Then in a blender add yogurt, masala and ice cubes. Blend well. Serve chilled.
For The Birds Nest:
- Potato (boiled) 1 cup
- Peas (boiled) ½ cup
- Capsicum (chopped) 1/4
- Green chili 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala powder ½ tsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- Cottage cheese (grated) 2 tsp
- Coriander (chopped) ¼ cup
- Vermicelli 1 cup (for coating)
- Oil for frying
For Paneer eggs:
- Cottage cheese (grated) 200 gm
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
For green chutney:
- Mint leaves ½ cup
- Fresh coriander 1 cup
- Green chili (chopped) 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
For the nest mix all the ingredients together and give the shape of a nest. Then coat it with vermicelli and fry well. For paneer eggs mix all the ingredients in a bowl and give egg like shape. For green chutney chop all the ingredients. Lastly place nest and add chutney. Serve with eggs.
