Ingredients:

  • Beef Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 1
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander for garnish

For Stuffed Chilies:

  • Green chilies 10-12
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Mix all ingredients of chili. Cut on chilies and pour masala in it. Heat oil fried onion golden in color. Add beef pasanday fry well. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander, turmeric and chilies cook well. Add water cook till it’s done. Add yogurt and green chilies cook till water is dried out. Add all spice, crushed black pepper nada water for gravy, leave for simmer. Garnish with coriander and serve.

Ingredients for the Dough:

  • Chickpea flour 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger (Grated) 1/2 inch
  • Green chili (chopped) 1 tsp

Ingredients for Topping:

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Ghee as required

Method:
Knead all ingredients of dough. Roast cumin and coriander. Mix coriander and onion. Divide dough into portion. Then roll each portion apply topping and place roti on tawa cook from both sides. Apply ghee remove from tawa, serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Marshmallows 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Whipping cream 1 cup
  • Marshmallows to serve

 

Method:

Cook milk, vanilla essence and marshmallows till it’s dissolved. Let it cool and beat mixture with cream. Add condensed milk and marshmallows beat again. Freeze in air tight jar. Serve with marshmallows, serve.
