Ingredients:
- Green Chilies (large) 375 gm
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Nigella Seeds 1/2tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Tamarind Pulp 1/2cup
- Onions 2
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1/2bunch
- Curry Leaves 6
- Oil 1/2cup
Method:
Wash, wipe and slit green chilies lengthwise and fry in heat oil, take it out.
In the remaining oil, add onions until brown, tomatoes paste.
Add nigella seeds, salt, cumin seeds, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.
When oil surfaces, add tamarind pulp, fried onions, coriander leaves and let it simmer for for 5 minutes.
Mirchon ka salan is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken (biryani cut) ½ kg
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Pistachios 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Onion 4
- Yogurt 250 gram
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Cardamom 4
- Clarified butter 1 cup
Method:
First roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds, pistachios and cardamom then grind them and mix it in yogurt. Then add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin and all spice powder mix well and put it on chicken then leave for some time. Now heat oil and fry onion in it then add marinated chicken and cover it. When chicken get tender then saute well. Add saffron in milk and cook well then add it in chicken. Cook for 10 minutes and turn off the flame.
Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Baking Soda ½ tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Milk as required
For Filling:
- Chicken chunks 1 packet
- Barbecue Sauce ½ cup
- Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
- Cheddar Cheese 1 Packet
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Crushed Red Chili ½ tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
For Topping:
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Onion Slice 1
Method:
In one dish add flour, yeast, salt, baking soda, and butter along with milk as required. Knead smoothly and make flat bread from the kneaded flour.
Take another fry pan and add butter, chopped garlic and fry well.
After this add Chicken chunks and cover.
Also add salt, crushed red chilies, oregano, black pepper, barbecue sauce. Mix well and turn off the flame.
Roll out the loaf with the help of rolling pin and then add tomato ketchup.
Now pour ready chicken, mushrooms along with sliced onion.
In the end add cheddar cheese and bake on 200 c for 20 minutes.
BBQ Pizza is ready to serve.
