Ingredients:
- Potatoes 2
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Eggplant 2
- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Carrots 250 gm
- Green Chilies 6
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Green Peas 1 cup
- Garlic Cloves 4
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
Boil tomatoes and blend. Now fry potato, Cauliflower, Carrots, Eggplant and Green Peas in oil. After it in another pan heat oil add tomatoes paste with garlic, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Yogurt, Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds to cook for 1 minute. Now in this add fry veggies and give dum for 20 minutes.

- Coriander seeds 1tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves 1tbsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Onion 1

- Mint leaves 1bunch
- Salt 1tsp
- Roasted cumin 1/2tsp
Ingredients:
- Yougurt 1/2kg
- Fresh cream 1cup
- Sugar 4tbsp
- Milk 1cup
- Ice as required
