Ingredients For Daal:
- Split green gram 1 ½ cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
For Kadhi:
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Lentil (ground) 1 half
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1.5 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2.5 tbsp
For Tempering:
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Bay leaves ¼ cup
- Red chili (whole) 4
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
For Pakoras:
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp
- Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Soda bicarb a pinch
- Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chili 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil for frying
Method:
Soak split green gram for about 6 hours. Then grind with ginger garlic and divide into 2 sections. Now in 1 section of lentil add yogurt, 4 tbsp water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder and lemon juice. Cook the kadhi. Then in another section of lentil add green chili, fresh coriander, red chili flakes, onion, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, salt and soda bicarb. Mix well and fry pakoras in a hot oil. Now add pakoras in the kadhi. For tempering all the ingredients and temper well. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Potato fries ½ kg
- Oil for frying
- Crispy poppers ½ kg
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cream 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions 4 tbsp
- Black pepper to taste
- Cheese 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Green onion 2 tbsp (for garnish)
Method:
Heat oil and fry potato fries. Then fry crispy poppers. Now heat oil add garlic and green onions. Sauté well. Then add salt, black pepper, cream, milk and cheese. Mix well. Now add crispy poppers and potato fries. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
