Ingredients :
- Rice ½ kg
- Bay leaf 2
- Yellow lentil boiled 200gm
- Cumin 2tsp
- Cinnamon 1
- Clove 4
- Whole black pepper 1tsp
- Onion 1
- Garlic ginger 2tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Tomatoes 4
- Carrot 2
- Green peas 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Oil as required
- Water a s required
Method:
In a pan boil oil, water, bay leaf , salt and rice , now roast cumin, cinnamon , boil yellow lentil ,clove and whole black pepper , now add in onions and cook, then roast garlic ,ginger green chilies and tomatoes ,now roast all veggies , grinded red chilies ,salt, all spice and turmeric and mix it . lastly add rice and give dam & serve.
Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Carrot grated ½ kg
- Dry milk 1 cup
- Almonds paste ½ cup
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Custard powder vanilla flavor 5 tbsp
- Cream 5 tbsp
- Jelly green 1 packet
- Almond & pistachio for garnishing
Method:
In milk add carrot add and cook .when carrot tender then add sugar .now add cardamom powder, ½ cup almond paste then add 5 tbsp custard powder mix in water .when mixture thick then stove off then add cream and dry milk mix .after this freeze the jelly then cut it and pour on custard .finally sprinkle almonds and serve it .
Ingredients:
- Nuggets (chicken) 1 packet
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
Fry nuggets in oil then in a bowl Add ketchup, mayonnaise, cabbage, garlic paste and chili sauce mix then serve with nuggets.
