Ingredient for meatballs:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Onion chopped ½ cup
- Cumin roasted/ crushed 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Bread slice soaked 1
- Egg beaten ½
Ingredients for saffron rice:
- Raw rice ½ kg
- Butter 4ounce
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds grinded 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Whole green chilies 4
Ingredients:
- Butter 200 gm
- White sugar ¾ cup
- Brown sugar ¾ cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Flour 1 ¾ cup
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Dark chocolate chips ½ cup
- White chocolate chips ½ cup
- Chopped walnuts ¾ cup
Method:
Beat butter both the sugars, vanilla essence till fluffy and creamy, add 1 egg at a time and beat well, fold in one cup flour, mix slightly, in the remaining ¾ cup flour, mix chocolate chips and walnuts, fold to the butter mixture, mix well, drop cookie on a baking sheet with cookie scoop, bake on 180 d for 12 to 15 mins, remove on a wire rack to cool.
Ingredients:
- Fruit cocktail 1 tin
- Sweet corn 1 tin
- Cabbage julienne 2 cups
- Carrot julienne 1
- Baked beans 1 tin
- Apple 1 large diced
- Macaroni boiled 2 cups
- Potato boiled cut in cubes 1
Ingredients for dressing:
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Cream cheese 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Syrup from fruit cocktail ½ cup
Method:
Mix all together and serve chilled.
