Ingredients:

  • Egg 1

For the dough:

  • All Purpose Flour 1 cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter or oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water as required

For the mince:

  • Mutton, minced 500 grams
  • Onion, finely chopped 1
  • Garlic minced 1tsp
  • Green Chilies, finely chopped 2
  • Mint Leaves, finely chopped 2tbsp
  • Yogurt whisked 4 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1tsp
  • Coriander finely chopped 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

 

Method:
In a bow add all dough ingredients mix and knead well.
For the mince in a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste then add mince and all mince ingredients and roast well then add chopped coriander and then pour in a bowl and set aside. Now rolling the doughand 2 to 3 tbsp egg spread then place 2 tbsp mince mixture and carefully closed and do the square shape. then heat oil and fry crispy golden and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Sausage 4
  • Pizza dough as required
  • Egg, beaten 1
  • For toppings:
  • Spring onion as required
  • Jalapenos as required

Method:
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide pizza dough into 4 smaller dough balls. Roll out each dough ball so they are just big enough to wrap around the hot dog. Wrap dough around the hot dog, then roll it until the dough surrounding the hotdog is smooth and even. Cut each hot dog in 6 pieces and place on the parchment paper in a flower shape.. Brush the pizza dough with the beaten egg and top with your choice of toppings. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  • Whole dried milk 1 cup
  • Chocolate peanut butter 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips for garnishing
  • Whipped cream for garnishing

 

Method:
Add ice cream, Whole milk, chocolate butter in blender. Blend the ingredients until completely smooth. Pour into your glasses immediately, top with whipped cream, and decorate with chocolate chips
