Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice 2 cups
- Mutton boiled ½ kg
- Coriander powder 1- ½ tsp
- Green Cardamom 5
- Red chili powder 1-½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 6
- Ginger garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Cloves 6
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 11
- Bay leaves 2
- Cinnamon 2
- Mace ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Dry plum 9
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Yellow color 1 pinch
Other Ingredients:
- Mace ¼ tsp
- Green cardamom ¼ tsp
- Cloves 7
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon Powder ¼ tsp
- Screw pine water 1 tsp
- Onion 2 sliced
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomato 3 chopped
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 5
- Lemon 2
- Mint leaves 3 tbsp
Method:
Wash & Soak rice in water for 20 minutes.
Take a large wok add oil, onions and fry till golden brown.
Half of the brown onions safe for the garnishing.
Add Mutton fry it then add ginger garlic paste, cloves, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, green cardamom and salt cook on medium heat until oil is oozing out.
Add cumin, black pepper, Bay leaves, cinnamon, mace, nutmeg and dry plum.
Cook for a minute. Add water and cook until chicken is done.
Take yogurt add yellow color, mace, green cardamom, cloves nutmeg, cinnamon powder and kewra mix well and add in the Mutton korma mixture. Cook for few minutes and cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
Take a large wok add water, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, cloves and bay leave boil it
Add rice and boil till rice become long, strain the rice and keep a side.
Take half cup of warm milk add color and mix.
Add half rice in the Mutton korma add coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves.
Add remaining rice on top and pour the milk mixture and sprinkle some dry color on the rice.
Sprinkle the fried onion and cover the lid with foil properly so the steam won’t come out.
Place the wok on hot tawa.
Cook on high heat for one minute then adjust the flame low for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Enjoy with the raita and salad.
Ingredients:
- Liver 1/2 kg
- Red pepper 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Onion puree 1 cup
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
For Garnish:
- Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves as required
- Green chilies 4 chopped
Method:
Take a wok add oil add cumin seeds, onion puree cook for 5 to 6 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, red pepper, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spice powder and tomato puree cook for 10 minutes until oil is oozing out.
Add lemon juice, meethi and kaleji and cook for 5 minutes and simmer for 10 minutes with close the lid.
Garnish with ginger slice, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
- Digestive biscuits 8
- Unsalted butter 3 tbsp melted
- Toasted nuts 2 tbsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Icing sugar 4 tbsp
- Chilled Cream cheese 8 oz. (224 gm / 1 cup) softened at room temp.
- Sour cream 2 tbsp
- Small Gulab jamun 10
- Whipped cream for topping
Method:
Place graham crackers or digestive biscuits of your choice in a zip loc. Crush into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin.
Transfer the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl.
Coarsely chop the toasted nuts and add to the graham cracker crumbs.
Add melted butter and mix until well combined. Keep it aside. .
Whip the cream and add icing sugar with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 4 to 5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
To a bowl add softened cream cheese, sour cream, and whip until smooth and creamy without lumps. Scrape the bowl as needed.
Add the whipped cream and gently fold with a spatula until just combined, without knocking off the air.
Slice the gulab jamuns into halves.
Assembling the cheesecake jars:
Place a tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs into the jars.
Next, layer with gulab jamun halves
Top it with whipped cream, gulab jamun and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs for some extra crunch.

- Kofta packet 1 packet
- Spaghetti 1 packet (boiled)
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Spring onion half bunch chopped
- Bell pepper 1 cubed
- Tomato puree half cup
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 cubed
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Boil the pasta and set aside.
Take a pan adds oil sauté the garlic and add the koftas in it and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add sauces, seasonings, tomato puree and vegetable and cook for 3 minutes.
Add boiled pasta and mix well and serve.
