Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Onion 2 – 3 coarsely chopped
- Garlic 15 cloves
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cream ½ packet
- Almonds 1 tbsp (ground into a paste)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Salt 1 ¼ tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Ginger 2 tbsp (crushed)
- Oil ¼ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
In a pot over a low flame, add ginger, garlic salt, black pepper, onion and mutton. Mix together, cover and let it cook until half done. Once the mutton is cooked halfway through, add the oil and half a cup of water. Cover and let it cook till the mutton is nearly done.
Once it is nearly ready, add the yogurt, lemon juice, chopped green chilies, and this time let the mutton cook fully.
Once the cooking process is complete, add the cream, butter and ground almonds. Serve with hot naan.
Ingredients:
- Beef fillets 1 kg
- Karahi masala 2tbsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- White vinegar 3 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
Ingredients for coating:
- Flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for shallow frying
Method:
Marinate beef paarchay for 2 hours, mix all the coating ingredient in a bowl, start coating the paarchay, coat each in flour, then beaten eggs, finally in crumbs, shallow fry, serve with fries.
Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion boiled and grinded 1 large
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp
- Green chilies finely chopped 4
- Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp heaped
- Desiccated coconut grinded 1 tbsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds grinded 1 ½ tsp
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Mace ¼ tsp
- Bread (chopped) 2 slices
- Brown onion crushed 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Coal to give dum
Ingredients for cheese sauce:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp heaped
- Milk 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese grated 6 tbsp
- cream cheese 4 tbsp heaped
- Salt & pepper ½ tsp each
Method for kebab:
Mix all the ingredients for kebab in a chopper, chopperize till smooth, leave it for 1 hour, give dum of coal, shape into long kebabs. Heat ¼ oil in a pan, arrange kebabs in a pan, cover and cook, turn and cook for a few more mins.
Method for sauce:
Heat oil in a sauce pan, add flour, cook for 1 min, add milk, cheese and seasonings, pour over kebab, serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
