Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Chickpeas (roasted) 4 tbsp
  • Oil as required

For The Gravy:

  • Onion (grinded) 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander, green chili, ginger for garnish
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
In a chopper, add beef mince, green chilies and onions. Grind it well. Then add egg, salt, red chili powder, coconut, ginger garlic paste, roasted chickpeas and poppy seeds. Mix well. Now coat with boiled eggs. Then heat oil and fry on a medium heat. Once it is golden brown remove and set aside. Now heat oil and fry fenugreek seeds. Then add grinded onion and fry well. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder. Also add whipped yogurt and cook properly until the water gets dry. Then add 1 cup water and cook well for 10 minutes. Now pour the gravy in the serving dish and place fried eggs on top. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander, green chili and ginger. Also sprinkle all spice powder and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant ½ kg
  • Poppy seeds 50 gm
  • Sesame seeds 50 gm
  • Peanuts 50 gm
  • Desiccated coconut 25 gm
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp

 

Method:
On the tawa pan roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts and cumin seeds. Then grind it well. Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, mustard powder, mustard seeds, desiccated coconut, curry leaves and all spice powder. Cook well. Add little water and ½ cup of oil. Mix well. Then slit eggplant from between and add the mixture. Now secure in an airtight box and freeze it.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Peshawari chapli kabab (beef) ½ packet
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Onions 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice (whole) 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chili 4
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:
Heat oil and fry Peshawari chapli kabab. Remove and set aside. Then heat oil and fry onions until golden brown. Now add tomatoes. Also add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder and whole all spices. Cook well. Now add fried kabab and cover. Cook for 10 minutes. Once the kabab is tender add mint leaves, lemons and green chilies. Lastly add rice on top, cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
