Nawabi Mewa Naan is a classic desi dish that we all must learn to master. It tastes wonderful with desi dishes and some raita.

For dough ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Semolina 2 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Caster sugar 4 tbsp
- Salt 2 pinch
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
Filling ingredients:
- Dried milk 4 tbsp
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- Mix dry fruits (finely cut) ½ cup
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- White sesame seeds for garnishing
- Butter for garnishing
Method:
All dough ingredients mix and knead soft dough and leave for 2 hours for rise .now for filling all ingredients mix .after this make medium size balls and fill the filling .now bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes .finally garnish with butter and white sesame seeds and serve.
Ingredients:
For filling:
- Boiled potatoes 4-5
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Black salt 1 pinch
- Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
- Nigella seeds ½ tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander 2-3 tbsp
- Finely cut green chili 2
For paratha:
- Flour 2 cups
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Carom seeds ½ tsp
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Clarified butter for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients of paratha and knead dough. For filling mash potatoes and mix all ingredients in it. Now make small balls of dough and roll down. Then fill potato filling in it. Now roll another ball and put on first and seal its sides. Roll down paratha and fry on hot griddle.
Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd (shredded) 1-1/2 cup
- Milk 1-1/2kg
- Whole dried milk 1/2cup
- Cassava sago 2tbsp
- Sugar 1cup
- Small cardamom (powder) 1/2tsp
- Pistachios, almonds (chopped) 4tbsp
- Sterling Silver paper 1
- screw pine essence 3-4drops
- Clarified butter 2tbsp
Method:
Firstly boil milk and add boiled rice and set it to cook.now in a pan add clarified butter and graded bitter gourd and fry them also add small cardamom. Then add the milk and rice’s mixture. After that add Cassava sago and mix it thoroughly. Then add sugar and whole dried milk and cook it till the kheer thickens and in the end add screwpine essence. Lastly set the kheer in a dish and garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachios and spread silver paper over it.
Ingredients:
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Mint few leaves
- Green coriander few leaves
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Salt to taste
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
