Ingredients:
- Biscuits 150 gm
- Milk ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Cream 1 packet
- Milk ½ cup
- Gelatin 1 tsp
- Cherries as required
- Whipped cream as required
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Method:
Mix condensed milk, cream, cocoa powder, milk and gelatin. Add ½ of milk in sugar mix well. Dip biscuits and place in dish. Add half mixture of condensed milk. Layer of biscuit in dish. Pour remaining condensed milk. Decorate with cream and cherries, serve.
Ingredients for Patty:
- Beef minced 400 gm
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil for fry
Ingredients for Mushroom Sauce:
- Mushroom sliced ½ cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 1 tsp
- Chicken stock ½ cup
- Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Ingredient for Bun:
- Buns 4-5
- Onion sliced as required
- Tomato sliced as required
- Cheese sliced 4
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
Method:
For patty mix all ingredients except oil in bowl. After half hour, form patty fry in hot oil. For mushroom sauce heat butter fry flour. Add mushroom, salt, black pepper and chicken stock cook well. Add cheddar cheese cook till it becomes thick. Apply butter on bun and toast well. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard paste and cheese sliced. Place tomatoes, onion, patty and mushroom sauce. Cover with second piece on bun, serve.
